Our client is a leading digital media and advertising business operating at scale across multiple online platforms. Combining premium audiences with innovative advertising technology, they help brands and agencies deliver high-performing campaigns across display, video, mobile, and programmatic channels.
The Opportunity
• Join a fast-paced programmatic team supporting high-profile digital advertising campaigns.
• Work across a variety of programmatic channels, technologies, and campaign types.
• Play a key role in maximising campaign performance and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and agency stakeholders across the campaign lifecycle.
• Gain exposure to evolving ad tech solutions and contribute to process improvements.
• Be part of a collaborative team where curiosity, ownership, and problem-solving are valued.
Responsibilities
• Set up, manage, and optimise programmatic campaigns and private marketplace deals.
• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce campaign reports, spend analysis, and performance insights.
• Support sales teams with campaign recommendations and technical expertise.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and operational best practices.
Your Profile
• Around 2+ years’ experience within programmatic advertising, digital media, or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
• Experience working with ad servers, DSPs, or campaign management platforms.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Agency, publisher, or ad tech experience would be advantageous.
