The Opportunity

• Join a growing commercial team focused on expanding partnerships with premium digital publishers globally.
• Take ownership of the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting through to onboarding.
• Play a key role in driving international growth within a business investing heavily in its platform and partnerships.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and commercial teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas and commercial impact will be recognised.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new publisher partnerships across key international markets.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation through to contract negotiation and onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across publisher organisations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term partner success.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Represent the business at industry events and strengthen its market presence.

Your Profile

• 3+ years' experience in business development, publisher sales, or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of the digital media or programmatic advertising landscape.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
• Passion for digital media and helping partners achieve sustainable growth.
