Our client is an innovative B2B advertising solution specialising in data-driven omni-channel campaigns. They empower businesses to reach target audiences with precision, using advanced analytics and insights that drive smarter marketing decisions.

The Opportunity
• Lead the development and evolution of sales enablement programmes for a fast-growing global commercial team.
• Design onboarding, training, and content strategies that help new hires ramp up quickly and perform at their best.
• Shape the narrative around complex B2B solutions, making them clear, compelling, and consistent across EMEA, US & APAC.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure all materials reflect current strategy and product developments.
• Play a key role in an ambitious, international growth strategy, contributing to tools, processes, and collateral that impact the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities
• Curate, create, manage, and optimise all sales collateral, templates, and content.
• Simplify complex strategies into clear, impactful messaging for client-facing materials.
• Partner with regional sales leaders to customise enablement tools for local market needs.
• Establish processes and training programmes to ensure effective use of all sales assets throughout the customer journey.
• Analyse performance metrics to continuously improve enablement effectiveness.

Your Profile
• 4+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Account Management, or a related role—preferably in B2B media or SaaS.
• Proven ability to design and deliver enablement content and tools.
• Strong communication skills with an aptitude for turning technical information into clear, actionable messaging.
• Highly organised, analytical, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Familiarity with marketing or adtech environments is desirable.
