£35,000–£40,000 + Commission + Bonus

For almost a decade, they have helped organisations build meaningful relationships, generate coverage, and create valuable commercial opportunities through innovative networking and showcase experiences.

Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up activity.
• Build relationships with brands, retailers, and PR agencies to secure event participation and sponsorship opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial conversation through to contract completion.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat bookings and long-term revenue.
• Work closely with marketing and event teams to maximise commercial opportunities.
• Accurately manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM updates.
Your Profile
• At least 6–12 months of sales experience in any commercial environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and engaging new prospects.
• Motivated by targets, commission, and achieving measurable results.
• Commercially curious with a consultative approach to sales.
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Interest in events, media, PR, or brand partnerships would be advantageous but is not essential.
