An exciting Senior Account Executive role has arisen at one of the UK's leading media / full-service agencies, which have established an incredible reputation for award winning, highly creative work and a culture built on collaboration and openness. They are a leading B-Corp and one of the fastest growing agencies in the UK.

They are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic client team and work across a selection of well-known brands whilst developing your skills in campaign delivery, strategy, and client management.

 

The Role

You’ll be the key point of contact for day-to-day client activity, managing multiple campaigns from planning through to reporting. Working closely with channel specialists, strategists, creatives, and data teams, you’ll ensure projects run smoothly, on brief, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan innovative media campaigns for a range of clients

  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Coordinate meetings, track project timelines, and manage campaign documentation

  • Support the creation and delivery of multi-channel media plans

  • Research markets, competitors, and audiences to inform strategy

  • Produce accurate campaign performance reports and ensure optimisations are implemented

  • Oversee asset delivery to ensure deadlines are met

  • Manage monthly billing and maintain accurate finance records

  • Keep up to date with media trends and share insights with colleagues and clients

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 1 year in a media agency environment (account management, planning, or digital)

  • Solid understanding of media channels and performance metrics, particularly in digital (social, search, display, video)

  • Experience preparing and quality-checking campaign reports

  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social ad managers, or media booking/billing platforms

  • Understanding of audience and competitor research tools
