Senior Account Executive – High-Growth Healthcare Technology Group

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 base, £87,000 OTE
Location: Fully Remote (UK)

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing healthcare technology groups as they scale a newly combined digital marketing + CRM + patient retention solution across the dental market.

Following the acquisition of two market-leading businesses - The Fresh (dental marketing specialists) and DenGro (dental CRM) - the group has created iGrow, a first-of-its-kind growth platform that helps dental practices attract, convert and retain patients through a unified, high-demand commercial offering.

With strong investment and increasing traction across both independent practices and dental groups, the team is now hiring a Senior Account Executive to help accelerate adoption and reduce founder dependency across the sales function.


The Role - Lead Full-Cycle Consultative Sales Across the Dental Market

As Senior Account Executive, you will own the full commercial cycle for iGrow, selling into practice owners, practice managers, multi-site groups and DSOs.

This is a highly consultative, value-led sales role where you will:

  • Own a £500k ARR quota across a high-growth, multi-service offering

  • Prospect, qualify and nurture new opportunities through outbound and SDR-supported channels

  • Conduct marketing discovery and high-level audits across SEO, PPC, Meta and websites

  • Build multi-component solutions combining digital marketing, CRM and membership plans

  • Run structured sales processes (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Challenger etc.) from first call to close

  • Present to senior decision-makers including practice owners, group directors and PE-backed leadership teams

  • Partner closely with the founders of The Fresh and DenGro, as well as the CRO and Director of Sales

  • Help create predictable sales rhythms, reporting, pipeline quality and forecasting rigour

  • Play a critical role in scaling the function and reducing reliance on founder-led deals


What They’re Looking For

A commercially strong, proactive salesperson with a blend of digital marketing knowledge and SaaS-style consultative selling.

Essential Experience:

  • 2–5+ years in full-cycle sales (BDM/AE) with strong new business pedigree

  • Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Websites)

  • Comfortable discussing channel performance, conversion journeys and marketing ROI

  • Experience selling multi-service or multi-product solutions (marketing, SaaS, CRM, or similar)

  • Strong sales methodology experience (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN etc.)

  • Proven ability to manage large pipelines, create outbound opportunities and close consistently

  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stage sales cycles

Preferred:

  • Experience selling into healthcare, dental, medtech or other regulated industries

  • Exposure to selling CRM or SaaS platforms

  • Experience with membership, subscription or recurring revenue models
