Senior Affiliate Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Manchester (5 days in office)

Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing home and lifestyle ecommerce retailers, operating at significant scale across digital, ecommerce and online retail. With a rapidly expanding product range spanning bedding, curtains, furnishings, rugs and furniture, the business continues to invest heavily in customer acquisition, creator partnerships and affiliate-led growth.

As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Senior Affiliate Executive to help drive affiliate performance, creator partnerships and revenue growth across their affiliate and partnership channels.

The Opportunity

  • Take ownership of affiliate and creator partnership activity across a fast-growing ecommerce business
  • Play a key role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and affiliate channel performance
  • Operate within a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM and Trading teams to influence commercial performance
  • Lead the recruitment, activation and optimisation of affiliate partners and creator relationships
  • Drive growth through affiliate networks, partnerships and creator-led commerce initiatives
  • Support the development of affiliate strategy, partnership frameworks and performance reporting
  • Join a business heavily investing in customer acquisition, partnerships and ecommerce growth
  • Operate in a visible, high-impact role with genuine ownership and progression opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day affiliate programme performance across key affiliate networks and partners
  • Recruit, onboard and develop relationships with affiliates, content publishers, influencers and creators
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency and increase partner engagement
  • Monitor affiliate performance, analysing key metrics and making optimisation recommendations
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, CRM and Trading teams to align affiliate activity with commercial priorities
  • Support promotional planning, campaign launches and seasonal trading activity
  • Develop reporting and insight around affiliate performance, customer acquisition and revenue contribution
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and emerging affiliate growth channels
  • Build strong relationships with affiliate networks and external partners
  • Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends, creator commerce and partnership best practice

Your Profile

  • Experience within Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnership roles
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, partner management and performance marketing principles
  • Experience managing affiliate programmes and driving partner performance
  • Commercially minded with experience working towards revenue, acquisition and ROI objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience building relationships with affiliates, creators, publishers or commercial partners
  • Comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce or retail environments
  • Proactive, organised and highly detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, Rakuten, Partnerize or similar would be advantageous
