The Opportunity

  • Lead digital strategy for a portfolio of high-profile fashion and retail brands.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

  • Drive innovation across performance marketing, creative, and data-driven initiatives.

  • Work alongside talented specialists in a collaborative and highly ambitious environment.

  • Play a key role in developing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, delivery, and optimisation of digital growth strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships as the primary point of contact.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable digital roadmaps.

  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and commercial outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and development.

Your Profile

  • 6+ years' experience within digital marketing, media, or consultancy environments.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and digital strategy.

  • Proven experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and storytelling abilities.

  • Analytical thinker who can turn data into clear strategic recommendations.
