CRM & Engagement Marketing Lead – High-Growth DTC Consumer Brand
Salary: £72,000 – £80,000
Location: London – 3 days a week (Tues–Thurs) in Covent Garden
A leading, global DTC brand is hiring a CRM & Engagement Lead to drive lifecycle, retention and subscription growth across the UK and European DTC channels.
This is a high-impact role for a strategic executioner — someone who can shape the roadmap but also roll up their sleeves to execute and optimise campaigns across Email, SMS and On-site.

What you’ll be responsible for

Leading CRM campaigns end-to-end — from strategy through to build, testing and reporting

Driving customer lifecycle performance across retention, subscription, AOV and NPS

Creating journeys across email/SMS and working closely with onsite optimisation

Collaborating with Brand, Product, Engineering, CX, Creative and Data to drive cohesive customer experiences

Feeding into global engagement strategy and supporting international DTC growth

Running testing and segmentation programmes (A/B, cohort analysis, etc.)
About you
A T-shaped CRM marketer who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. You understand the balance of strategic thinking and executional craft, and know how to drive results at scale. You’ll bring:

Experience in a DTC or consumer product scale-up environment

Proficiency with CRM platforms like Klaviyo (or similar)

Essential knowledge of Shopify

Exposure to retention models, subscription growth and lifecycle marketing

Strong collaboration skills — comfortable working with Product, Data and Growth

Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial thinking, curiosity and attention to detail
