• Combine hands-on data work with team leadership, mentoring junior analysts and shaping output quality.
• Work closely with strategy, sales, and activation teams to influence how data drives campaign success.
• Play a key role in translating complex datasets into actionable insights that power media performance.

Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality output across projects and campaigns.
• Build and manage datasets to support campaign planning, targeting, and performance optimisation.
• Apply Python and analytical techniques to solve complex data challenges.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support pre-campaign planning by identifying data gaps and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes, workflows, and data utilisation.
Your Profile
• Strong experience in data analytics, data science, or BI within media, marketing, or a similar environment.
• Proficiency in Python and advanced Excel, with solid understanding of data modelling and validation.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
