Digital Insight Analyst - Analytics Consultancy

London – 30-45K

This Analytics Consultancy work with an impressive portfolio of clients across music, travel and the eCommerce sectors. 

They take pride in working in partnership with their client's and their Analysts often spend 2 or 3 days a week in the clients office, so they can provide insight face to face.

The Role:

The main responsibilities of this Digital Insight Analyst are:

  • To analyse and produce insights to meet the client's business goals

  • Create and deliver customer analytics to help improve the clients digital performance

  • Engage and interact with client's, recommending opportunities for further improvements

  • Act as a Digital evangelist both internally and externally

  • Use A/B and multi-variant testing to understand the influence your recommendations will have on the client’s site

  • Act as a trusted Account Manager for clients, providing regular updates.


Skills & Experience:

This Digital Insight Analyst will have :

  • Experience of one of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Previous experience in analytical role  

  • A good understanding of A/B testing

  • Confidence interacting with clients
