Job Title: Senior Digital Activation Manager
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus + Employee Ownership Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

  • Join a market-leading agency working with globally recognised gaming brands including Pokémon, Bandai Namco, Asmodee and Panini.

  • Lead digital activation across Paid Social, YouTube, Display, Programmatic and partner-direct campaigns.

  • Manage and develop a growing team while driving best practice across campaign delivery.

  • Work across international campaigns with the autonomy to influence activation strategy, innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign activation from build and QA through to optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.

  • Deliver best-in-class execution across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Google Ads and DV360.

  • Partner with Planning teams to provide activation expertise and channel recommendations.

  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, quality assurance and performance across multiple markets.

  • Coach junior team members while driving continuous improvement across activation processes.

Your Profile

  • Strong media agency experience within digital activation or media buying.

  • Hands-on experience across Paid Social, Display, YouTube and Programmatic.

  • Excellent platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads and DV360.

  • Previous experience mentoring or managing team members.

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a passion for gaming or entertainment.
