The Opportunity

Join a market-leading agency working with globally recognised gaming brands including Pokémon, Bandai Namco, Asmodee and Panini.

Lead digital activation across Paid Social, YouTube, Display, Programmatic and partner-direct campaigns.

Manage and develop a growing team while driving best practice across campaign delivery.

Work across international campaigns with the autonomy to influence activation strategy, innovation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead campaign activation from build and QA through to optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.

Deliver best-in-class execution across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Google Ads and DV360.

Partner with Planning teams to provide activation expertise and channel recommendations.

Manage campaign budgets, pacing, quality assurance and performance across multiple markets.

Coach junior team members while driving continuous improvement across activation processes.
Your Profile
-
Strong media agency experience within digital activation or media buying.
-
Hands-on experience across Paid Social, Display, YouTube and Programmatic.

Excellent platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Google Ads and DV360.

Previous experience mentoring or managing team members.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills and a passion for gaming or entertainment.
