Following continued growth and ambitious plans for the future, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Director of Technology & Product to join the leadership team and shape the next phase of the company's evolution. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to lead Product, Design and Engineering within a high-growth SaaS business serving thousands of customers globally. You'll partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team to define product strategy, strengthen Product & Engineering alignment and drive innovation across a platform that powers businesses around the world. You'll inherit a strong team and a successful business, with the opportunity to shape how AI, product development and technology evolve over the coming years. Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead the Product, Design and Engineering functions, creating a unified vision and operating model. Partner with the General Manager to define long-term product and technology strategy. Build a high-performing leadership team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability. Help shape the wider business strategy as a member of the leadership team. Product & Customer Own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring customer needs remain at the centre of decision-making. Balance long-term platform investment with short-term commercial priorities. Drive product innovation through customer insight, market trends and emerging technologies. Champion a product-led culture across the organisation. Technology & Engineering Lead Engineering through established technical leadership, creating strong alignment between Product and Engineering. Support engineering excellence, platform scalability and delivery effectiveness. Drive organisational improvements that enable teams to move faster whilst maintaining quality. Help define how AI can enhance both product capabilities and internal ways of working. Leadership & Collaboration Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Commercial and Customer teams. Influence senior stakeholders across the wider organisation. Develop future leaders and create an environment where teams can thrive. Represent Technology & Product at leadership level, helping shape key business decisions. Your Profile Proven experience leading both Product and Engineering within a SaaS or technology business. Experience operating at VP, Senior Director, CPTO, CTPO or equivalent leadership level. Strong background in scaling Product and Engineering organisations through periods of growth. Commercially minded with the ability to connect technology decisions to business outcomes. Experience shaping product strategy, organisational design and leadership capability. Strong understanding of AI and its impact on product development, engineering and customer experience.
