Responsibilities

Manage and optimise campaigns across one or more digital marketing channels.

Lead testing and optimisation initiatives to improve performance and maximise results.

Analyse campaign and channel performance to identify opportunities for growth.

Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Stay ahead of industry developments, platform updates and best practice.
Your Profile
-
4+ years' experience within digital marketing.

Strong hands-on expertise in at least one major advertising platform such as Google, Meta or TikTok.

Confident using analytics platforms including GA4 to interpret performance and drive optimisation.

Experience using reporting and visualisation tools such as Looker Studio.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.

A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and continuous improvement.
