Job Title: Senior Paid Social Executive
Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE
Location: Kentish Town, London – Hybrid (3 days per week)

Our Client is a growing performance marketing agency combining paid media, creative expertise and proprietary AI technology to deliver measurable growth. With new client wins and an expanding Paid Social team, this is an opportunity to move beyond repetitive campaign builds and develop deeper skills in optimisation, strategy and client management.

The Opportunity

  • Work across approximately five high-spend consumer accounts alongside an experienced Paid Media Team Lead.
  • Spend less time on repetitive builds, creating more space for optimisation, analysis and strategic development.
  • Work with proprietary AI technology connecting live performance insights with creative and optimisation.
  • Gain exposure across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and Snap.
  • Develop through twice-weekly training, specialist creative-performance learning and access to platform events.
  • Build towards greater ownership of strategy and client relationships with a clear progression path.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns, budgets, targeting and creative.
  • Analyse performance against KPIs and turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Support the development and delivery of Paid Social strategy across your accounts.
  • Produce reporting, brief and QA campaign builds, and contribute strategic ideas.
  • Take increasing ownership of client communication and confidently present insights in meetings.

Your Profile

  • Solid hands-on Paid Social experience within an agency or in-house environment.
  • Strong platform fundamentals, particularly across Meta, with broader platform exposure advantageous.
  • Comfortable discussing conversion campaigns, ROAS, revenue, targeting and optimisation decisions.
  • Analytical and able to explain why you made an optimisation and the measurable impact it delivered.
  • Curious, commercially aware and motivated to progress from activation into strategy.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
