Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Performance Bonus

We're partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning digital marketing agency that is looking to hire a Senior Paid Media Manager to join its expanding performance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded paid media specialist who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign leadership. You'll work across a portfolio of ambitious brands, leading performance strategies that deliver measurable growth through paid search and paid social channels.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, developing integrated performance strategies, and driving revenue growth across a diverse range of accounts.
The Role
As Senior Paid Media Manager, you'll take ownership of high-value client accounts, acting as the senior performance lead and trusted advisor to stakeholders. You'll be responsible for creating and executing data-driven strategies that align with business objectives and deliver tangible commercial outcomes.
This role offers a strong balance of strategic planning, client leadership, and performance optimisation, making it ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their paid media career.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts

Lead paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta platforms

Translate performance data into actionable business insights and recommendations

Present campaign results, strategies, and growth opportunities to senior stakeholders

Identify upselling and account growth opportunities

Collaborate with wider marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Drive continuous optimisation to maximise ROI and campaign performance

Support new business pitches and proposals when required

Maintain high standards of delivery across multiple projects and deadlines
About You
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused paid media professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
Essential Experience

Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta

Proven success managing client relationships within an agency or consultancy environment

Ability to communicate complex performance strategies to non-technical stakeholders

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue-driven marketing

Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Desirable Experience

Exposure to platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Snapchat

Experience working with ecommerce, retail, hospitality, luxury, or consumer brands

Knowledge of emerging trends within AI, search, and digital marketing

Experience contributing to business development and client growth initiatives
