The Opportunity

  • Join a high-performing paid media team leading strategy across large-scale and complex paid search accounts
  • Take ownership of client relationships, campaign performance, and long-term growth strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Drive innovation across automation, AI, bidding strategies, feed optimisation, and creative testing
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in shaping the future paid search proposition of the business

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, setup, optimisation, and ongoing management of paid search campaigns across major platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic adviser
  • Deliver performance insights, testing recommendations, and growth strategies in a clear and confident way
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and campaign performance against client KPIs and commercial objectives
  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps to drive continuous optimisation and innovation
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through increased investment, expanded services, and cross-channel initiatives
  • Contribute to new business pitches, audits, and strategic paid search recommendations
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, AI developments, and automation opportunities across paid media
  • Support the evolution of internal paid search processes, best practices, and innovation strategies
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping develop technical and strategic capabilities across the wider team

Your Profile

  • Strong experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Proven ability to lead strategy across complex, high-spend, or performance-focused accounts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for testing and optimisation
  • Confident client communication and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members within a paid media or digital marketing environment
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on driving growth and performance outcomes
  • Passionate about automation, AI, and the future of performance marketing
