Our Client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing home and lifestyle retailers, recognised for building one of the UK’s leading TikTok Shop businesses within the Home & Living category. Through creator-led commerce, viral product moments and highly engaged affiliate communities, they have rapidly scaled their social commerce presence, now working with thousands of creators weekly and generating significant affiliate-driven revenue through TikTok Shop.

With ambitious growth targets over the next 12 months, they are now looking for a Social Commerce Manager to take ownership of the creator and affiliate side of the channel and help scale the business further.

The Opportunity

  • Work across large-scale Meta and Google budgets within a high-growth ecommerce environment
  • Play a key role in the relationship between creative strategy and paid media performance
  • Lead testing and optimisation across Paid Social campaigns, creatives and audience strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Creative, CRM and Trading teams to drive commercial growth
  • Join a fast-paced business where Paid Media is a major commercial priority

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Paid Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify optimisation opportunities
  • Analyse campaign data across ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and revenue contribution
  • Support campaign planning and execution across prospecting, retargeting and ecommerce growth activity
  • Work closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop high-performing paid social assets
  • Support creative testing across UGC, video, static, lifestyle and product-focused content
  • Build and maintain structured testing roadmaps across hooks, messaging angles and creative formats
  • Manage campaign budgets and support performance pacing across key trading periods and promotions
  • Align campaigns with trading calendars, product launches and commercial priorities
  • Stay up to date with platform developments, Meta trends and emerging Paid Social opportunities

Your Profile

  • Experience managing Paid Social and/or Google Ads campaigns within ecommerce or retail environments
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing fundamentals
  • Commercially minded with a strong testing and optimisation mindset
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Interest in the relationship between creative strategy and paid media performance
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across Ecommerce, Creative and Trading teams
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable operating within fast-paced, high-growth environments
