We are currently supporting a confidential search for a Senior Paid Social Manager (B2B focus) on behalf of a leading, data-driven performance marketing agency based in London.
This organisation is recognised for delivering integrated, full-funnel marketing solutions that combine media, data, technology, and creative to drive measurable growth for ambitious brands. They operate at the forefront of performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on accountability, optimisation, and commercial outcomes.
Role Overview
This is a 3-month freelance opportunity for an experienced Paid Social specialist with strong expertise in B2B demand generation, particularly across LinkedIn Ads.
The role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, requiring an individual who can confidently manage and optimise paid social campaigns within a fast-paced, performance-led environment.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise B2B paid social campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads

Support full-funnel lead generation strategies across paid social channels

Manage campaign performance, budget allocation, and ongoing optimisation

Implement structured testing frameworks to improve efficiency and scale

Work collaboratively with internal teams across media, analytics, and technology

Deliver actionable insights and performance reporting to stakeholders
Requirements

Proven experience in Paid Social campaign management, ideally within a B2B environment

Strong, hands-on experience using LinkedIn Ads is essential

Solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing and lead generation

Strong analytical capability with a data-led approach to optimisation
