Senior Performance Marketing Manager £60,000–£80,000 London, Hybrid
Our client is a science-led luxury longevity brand at the intersection of high-end skincare, supplements, and clinical-grade devices. Operating with a global footprint and significant revenue growth, they are now seeking a strategic architect to level up their paid acquisition sophistication and lead their performance engine.
The Opportunity
- Strategic Ownership: Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer as the primary lead for paid media strategy, moving the brand beyond "last-click" towards a robust measurement framework.
- Complex Funnel Challenge: Market high-AOV, considered purchases (up to £2,000) that require sophisticated pipeline building rather than standard high-volume eCommerce.
- Global Scaling: Drive international expansion with a heavy focus on the US market, managing a diverse mix across Meta, Google, YouTube, and Connected TV.
- High Visibility: As the first dedicated performance lead in a brand-heavy team, you will have the autonomy to shape the department from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Agency Partnership: Own and manage external agency relationships, acting as a savvy partner who can "get into the weeds" of media buying to ensure peak efficiency.
- Measurement & Attribution: Build and oversee advanced attribution models and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) to drive confidence in investment decisions.
- Channel Orchestration: Optimise a high-spend channel mix, maintaining Meta as a core pillar while scaling YouTube, Display, and Native advertising.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Strategist to ensure an education-led performance approach resonates with discerning, luxury personas.
Your Profile
- Luxury Performance Expert: Proven track record in high-ticket sectors (e.g., premium tech, luxury travel, or high-end furniture) where you’ve navigated long-consideration customer journeys.
- Technical Authority: Deep expertise in Meta and Google is essential, combined with a strong understanding of how to scale global accounts.
- Startup Mentality: A self-starter who brings confidence to decision-making and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Commercially Minded: You understand the nuances of selling premium, clinically proven products and can translate complex data into clear growth strategies.
