Following significant year-on-year growth, they are now investing heavily in the next evolution of their Retail Media Network and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and scale the business. This is not a role focused on maintaining an already mature platform. The business is looking for a highly pragmatic, commercially minded product leader who can help build and evolve retail media capabilities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The role sits at the intersection of product, commercial, data, engineering, and AI-enabled innovation — with a major focus on measurement, monetisation, automation, and scalable advertising products. The Opportunity Join a business at a pivotal stage of growth where retail media is becoming a strategically critical revenue stream. Own and shape the retail media product roadmap across measurement, attribution, sponsored products, self-serve tooling, and automation. Work closely with commercial leadership to evolve the retail media proposition and unlock new advertiser budgets. Partner daily with engineering, data, design, and analytics teams to deliver scalable monetisation products. Play a key role in defining how AI and machine learning are applied across retail media capabilities. Operate in a highly hands-on environment focused on iterative delivery, experimentation, and commercial impact. Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership Define and evolve the retail media product strategy alongside commercial and product leadership. Prioritise opportunities across sponsored products, reporting, attribution, automation, and self-serve tooling. Balance short-term commercial impact with long-term platform scalability. Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable product direction. Retail Media & Monetisation Develop products that improve advertiser performance, measurement, and campaign scalability. Help evolve the business from an affiliate-led model toward a broader retail media network proposition. Drive improvements in attribution, incrementality testing, reporting, and pricing capabilities. Support the expansion of new ad formats and monetisation opportunities. AI, Automation & Product Innovation Identify opportunities where AI and machine learning can genuinely improve product capability and operational efficiency. Help shape AI-enabled tooling across reporting, optimisation, targeting, and automation workflows. Maintain a pragmatic, commercially grounded approach to AI implementation. Partner with technical teams to assess build vs buy decisions across AI and platform infrastructure. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Commercial, Engineering, Data, Design, and Analytics teams. Build strong stakeholder relationships while maintaining product integrity and strategic direction. Operate effectively in an environment with evolving processes and priorities. Bring clarity, structure, and momentum within a scaling product organisation. Your Profile Strong product management experience within retail media, adtech, monetisation, marketplaces, advertising products, or adjacent consumer technology environments. Experience working in ambiguous or scaling businesses where processes and infrastructure are still evolving. Strong commercial instinct combined with pragmatic product judgement. Comfortable operating hands-on with engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders. Strong understanding of measurement, experimentation, attribution, or advertising performance products. Exposure to AI-enabled product development, automation tooling, or machine learning applications is highly desirable. Strategic thinker who can also deliver iteratively and move quickly.
