Over the last 18 months, a small but formidable Growth team has transformed their presence within a major global agency group - turning long-term relationship building into daily briefs, seven-figure opportunities, and extraordinary year-on-year growth (over 1000%).
Off the back of that success, they’re now investing further into the team that made it happen. This is a brand-new Account Director hire to strengthen an already high-performing unit and take ownership of senior agency relationships that are now too big, too busy, and too valuable for one or two people to manage alone.

🎯 The role
You’ll act as a senior commercial presence across a major agency group, taking responsibility for developing relationships, responding to briefs, unlocking new stakeholders, and converting demand into long-term revenue.
You’ll be trusted to operate independently - owning meetings, progressing opportunities, and driving growth - while being part of a highly collaborative, information-sharing, high-standards team culture.
Key focus areas include:
- Taking ownership of senior agency relationships and expanding presence across planning, buying, and activation teams
- Converting warm demand into long-term, scalable revenue
- Developing proposals, responding to briefs, and identifying upsell opportunities
- Acting as a visible, credible representative of the business in agency environments
- Working closely with internal planning, activation, and customer teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns and insights
- Contributing to a collective growth target that unlocks further uncapped earning potential
🔎 Who they’re looking for
- 3–5+ years’ experience in digital media, adtech, or agency sales
- Background working with major media agencies (particularly strong if you’ve worked within large agency networks)
- Someone established and credible - confident speaking to planners, buyers, and senior stakeholders
- A natural relationship-builder who understands agency structures, pressures, and decision-making
- Commercially sharp, but genuinely client-centric
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable running opportunities end-to-end
- A “take it and run with it” mindset - not someone who needs hand-holding
- Socially confident, people-driven, and motivated by being part of a visible, successful team
