The Role
This is a high-priority, strategic hire focused on cracking the Publicis agency network in the UK. You'll join a high-performing team already working with brands like LEGO and Wella, with active conversations underway with Sky and Monzo.

The opportunity is wide open: this is a chance to build from the ground up and shape the approach, with flexibility around level and leadership. Whether you're a rising Manager ready to step up or an experienced operator keen to mentor others, this role is built around you.

 

What You’ll Be Doing
• Own and grow the Publicis UK agency patch, focusing on London-based agency brands
• Build strong relationships with planners, buyers, and strategists across the network
• Open doors, lead new business pitches, and develop long-term partnerships
• Support growth in current accounts and drive net-new revenue
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach
• Help define and evolve the agency sales playbook, with support from 3 Directors, 1 Group Head, and 1 SAD

 

What We’re Looking For
• Media agency sales experience, ideally with Publicis or holding group contacts
• Open to Sales Managers looking to step up, or Directors who can hit the ground running
• Strong commercial instincts and a passion for agency relationships
• Independent, proactive mindset – you’ll shape the patch, not wait for leads
• Team player who enjoys building and contributing to a collaborative culture
• Bonus: Experience with indie agencies (nice-to-have, not essential)
