Job Title: Senior Account Manager – Paid Search

The Opportunity
- Lead strategy, performance and client relationships across a portfolio of Paid Search accounts.
- Work with a diverse client base, ranging from fast-growing SMBs to established enterprise brands.
- Take ownership of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads strategies, driving measurable business growth.
- Collaborate with talented digital specialists across Media, Data and Technology teams.
- Mentor and develop junior team members while helping shape best practice across the wider Paid Search function.
- Play a key role in driving innovation through testing, automation and emerging search technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Paid Search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Lead client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for Paid Search performance and strategy.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and performance targets including CPA, ROAS and revenue objectives.
- Build and deliver structured testing roadmaps to continually improve campaign performance.
- Ensure campaigns are implemented and optimised in line with industry best practices.
- Support new business pitches and contribute Paid Search expertise to growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand client investment and broaden service offerings.
- Mentor and support junior team members through coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Drive innovation through automation, AI and process improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Strong hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Proven ability to develop Paid Search strategies that deliver measurable performance growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimisation.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience mentoring, managing or developing junior team members.
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword planning and account structures.
- Commercially minded with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
- Passion for innovation, automation and the future of Paid Search.
