Senior Social Media Manager
Salary: £60-75k DOE + benefits
Location: London (Hybrid)

The Opportunity

• Take ownership of a social strategy in the middle of a genuine revamp - real scope to shape direction, not just execute a playbook
• Lead content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for a brand that wants to make business content genuinely entertaining, not just informative
• Move away from dry, corporate B2B messaging towards bold, social-first storytelling
• Work closely with videographers, marketing, and paid media teams to bring ideas to life

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, social-first content that informs and inspires an audience of ambitious founders
• Appear on camera where appropriate, bringing energy and personality to content
• Champion social media internally, encouraging wider team engagement
• Use performance insights to continuously refine content and strategy
• Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm shifts to keep content fresh

Your Profile

• Extensive experience creating and managing social content, with strong TikTok expertise
• Highly creative, with a track record of developing ideas that genuinely engage
• Confident directing colleagues and senior stakeholders on content
• Comfortable on camera; presenting experience is a plus
• Curious and willing to get to grips with complex, less obviously "exciting" subject matter
