The Opportunity

• Lead day-to-day Paid Social delivery for a leading international sportswear brand across EMEA.

• Join a London-based hub working closely with global teams to deliver a connected, multi-market activation strategy.

• Take ownership of campaign optimisation, performance insights and platform innovation, with the opportunity to shape how Paid Social continues to evolve.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Pinterest, alongside emerging social platforms.

• Oversee campaign setup, tracking, budget pacing and quality assurance.

• Analyse performance against KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations and test-and-learn opportunities.

• Develop creative testing proposals and collaborate with creative, analytics and local market teams.

• Lead client conversations around Paid Social performance, innovation and future opportunities.

• Share insights and best practice across international teams, ensuring campaigns reflect local market nuances.

Your Profile

• Strong hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Pinterest.

• Experience in paid social campaign optimisation, reporting and performance analysis.

• Comfortable managing campaigns in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.

• Confident communicating insights and recommendations to clients.

• Highly analytical, curious and collaborative, with a proactive approach to testing and innovation.
