Strategic Account Manager role – leading media agency - Strategy

An exciting Strategic Account Manager role has arisen at one of the world’s leading media agency, they are a top 3 network agency, and this role would be working on one of their flagship accounts which offers the opportunity to drive innovative behaviour change work.

This role offers lots of variety as you will be working on a whole host of different campaigns which span a real range of different audiences.

It is a great opportunity for a Planner who is keen to make the move into more of a strategic role.

Your profile:

  • Prior experience in a media Planning role (this is not a brand planning position) is a must for this role

  • Great understanding of Research & Insight and Planning tools such as YouGov and TGI to allow you to derive rich channel and audience insights

  • Work closely with various internal teams to deliver best in class campaigns

  • You don’t necessarily have to already be in a strategy role but a keenness to get involved more in strategy is key

  • Ability to construct presentations which tell a story

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise data to inform best-in-class strategic thinking and overarching comms planning approaches

  • Use proprietary tool to guide channel mix

  • Help to develop a more junior member of the team

  • Draw on behavioural economics, creative thinking, and analytics to deliver on the client’s outcomes

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong planning experience to develop their strategy experience and work across some of the most exciting behaviour change campaigns available.
