Salary: £50,000
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

The Opportunity
- Join a newly restructured commercial marketing team working across audio, entertainment, digital and outdoor campaigns
- Play a key role in delivering high-profile industry events, commercial activations, and brand-led experiences
- Work on innovative projects linked to emerging podcast and video-first content platforms
- Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and multiple commercial divisions in a fast-moving media environment
- Be part of a collaborative team that values autonomy, ideas, and analytical thinking
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, marketing and execution of commercial and industry-facing events
- Deliver integrated marketing plans across digital, organic and event channels
- Manage timelines, stakeholder communication and project delivery across multiple campaigns
- Analyse campaign and event performance, reporting on ROI, engagement and commercial impact
- Work closely with internal marketing, partnerships and commercial teams to drive attendance and engagement
Your Profile
- Experience across marketing, partnerships, project management or events within media, entertainment or commercial environments
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
- Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign or event performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Passionate about media, entertainment, podcasts, radio or digital culture
