Our client is a leading global consumer platform, connecting millions of users across multiple markets. Entering an exciting phase of growth, they are looking for a senior commercial and product-facing leader to build and scale their next-generation distribution engine.

 

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to join a fast-moving, innovation-led business at the intersection of commercial strategy, technology, and partnerships. You will lead a global team, drive multi-hundred-million revenue growth, and shape the platform’s partner ecosystem at scale.

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for third-party distribution and partnerships.
  • Lead large, cross-functional teams spanning sales, marketing, partner connectivity, and support.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to evolve API integrations, improve partner experience, and implement AI-driven automation and insights.
  • Build relationships with key global partners and negotiate strategic deals that accelerate growth.

 

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the strategy to drive sustainable growth across partner channels.
  • Identify new partner categories (e.g., fintech, AI platforms, global affiliates) to expand reach.
  • Balance short-term revenue objectives with long-term ecosystem health.

Commercial Ownership

  • Deliver measurable growth, including double-digit annual expansion and high-volume Gross Booking Value.
  • Design partner incentives, loyalty programs, and segmentation strategies.
  • Oversee performance metrics and reporting to ensure alignment with company goals.

Technical & Product Collaboration

  • Advocate for platform improvements that increase partner efficiency and adoption.
  • Ensure partner API integrations and tools are scalable, reliable, and easy to use.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to prioritise partner-facing roadmap initiatives.

Team & Culture

  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing global team.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as a visible and credible executive voice internally and externally.

 

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in executive sales, partnerships, or marketplace roles.
  • Track record of scaling high-value partnerships in fast-growing tech or platform businesses.
  • Experience leading large, multi-functional teams (50+ direct and indirect reports).
  • Technical fluency with API-driven partnerships, platform integrations, and data-driven partner management.
  • Comfortable operating at a global scale and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.
