Account Director – one of the UK’s most exciting independent media agencies

Salary - up to £65k depending upon experience

Hybrid working – (3 days a week in the office)

An award-winning independent media agency are seeking an experienced Account Director to join their integrated planning team. This is a senior client leadership role focused on delivering strategic, cross-channel media campaigns for a range of well-known brands.

As Account Director you will lead integrated media planning activity across several client accounts, ensuring campaigns are strategically strong, commercially effective and delivered to a high standard. Alongside this you will be managing key stakeholder relationships and supporting junior team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead best-in-class integrated media planning across several key accounts
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Support measurement frameworks and performance analysis
• Present campaign strategies, rationale and performance updates clearly and confidently

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive account growth

• Mentor and support junior team members
• Coordinate internal teams effectively across planning and activation
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments

Your profile:

• 5+ years’ experience within a media agency environment
• Strong client Leadership & Planning experience
• Excellent understanding of both digital and offline media channels
• Experience managing client relationships independently
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Confident presenter with strong written communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
