They are part of a leading global communications network and utilise media, data, technology and creative to help some of the world's best-known brands deliver very personalised digital advertising campaigns across channels including Display, Video, Social, CTV, Retail Media and DOOH. They are looking for someone with strong Paid Social or Display experience who is keen to be at the forefront of cutting-edge advertising technology and AI-driven creative solutions whilst working on globally recognised brands. The Role As Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients and act as the primary day-to-day contact to help ensure that campaigns are delivered efficiently from briefing through to activation and optimisation. Working closely with strategy, creative, operations and technical teams, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns while building strong relationships with both clients and agency partners. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client and agency relationships across multiple accounts. Lead campaign delivery from planning and briefing through to launch and reporting. Analyse campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations. Present results, insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Coordinate internal specialist teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Identify opportunities to expand services across existing client relationships. Support, mentor and develop junior team members. About You Previous experience in an account management, client services or digital marketing role. Strong understanding of digital advertising and campaign delivery. Comfortable analysing campaign data and turning insights into recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working across Display, Social or Programmatic channels.
