An Account Manager opportunity has arisen at one of the UK’s most exciting independent digital agencies. They have witnessed incredible growth and offer slots of opportunity for award winning, work and career progression. They have a very talented team in place and really invest in their people.

The Account Manager role sits in the Client Services team and you will play a pivotal role as the strategic lead across key accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving performance, shaping strategy, and ensuring campaigns deliver against commercial objectives.

The team are looking for someone with strong digital planning grounding (particularly Paid Social) who is keen to get more involved in a client services position.

You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, long-term partnerships while delivering best-in-class paid media campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day client relationships and act as the senior point of contact. Lead meetings including quarterly reviews, planning sessions, and performance updates
  • Drive strategy by providing data-led strategic recommendations and campaign execution across channels, ensuring high standards and consistency
  • Deliver detailed performance reports aligned to client KPIs and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Support smooth internal processes across planning, pacing, and reporting
  • Contribute to innovation, new products, and process improvements

Your profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience within a media agency setting (ideally a combination of digital planning and client servicing)
  • Strong client-facing experience, including leading meetings and presenting strategy
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns aligned to broader business objectives
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of delivering performance and maintaining client relationships
