An exciting Account Manager opportunity has arisen at a leading, award-winning independent media agency where you can make a genuine, tangible impact.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end media planning and campaign management across both offline and online channels.

The Account Manager role offers the chance to work across a range of the agency’s leading clients and offers the lots of opportunity for career progression in a supportive, independent agency environment.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the planning process from initial brief to campaign delivery

  • Use audience insights and planning tools (e.g. TGI, Nielsen, Google Ads, Google Trends) to build effective media strategies

  • Manage budgets, channel splits, timelines, and deliverables

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard

  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, helping them develop into confident media professionals

 

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying across multiple channels, ideally within an independent agency setting

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident in client servicing, presentations, and influencing stakeholders

  • Knowledge of direct response media or experience would be beneficial

  • A collaborative and motivated approach, with the ability to lead and inspire team members
