An independent, award-winning media planning and buying agency are looking for an Account Manager to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with media agency experience who is looking to broaden their planning and buying expertise across multiple channels while working with a diverse portfolio of clients.

This agency specialises in performance-driven media and they offer excellent training, genuine career progression and exposure to both digital and offline media.

 

The Role:

You'll play a key role in the planning, activation and optimisation of integrated media campaigns. While there is a strong focus on Paid Social, you'll also gain exposure to wider media planning and buying across multiple channels, helping you develop into a well-rounded media professional.

Working closely with Account Directors, clients and channel specialists, you'll be responsible for delivering campaigns that achieve measurable business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of integrated media plans and campaign strategies.
  • Manage the activation, optimisation and reporting of Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Meta and TikTok.
  • Support campaign delivery across Google Ads, YouTube, Display and Programmatic where required.
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day client relationships.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns remain on target.
  • Produce insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external media partners.
  • Stay up to date with emerging media trends and identify new opportunities for clients.

 

Your profile:

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within a media agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience activating Paid Social campaigns.
  • Exposure to channels such as Display, Programmatic, Video, Audio, DOOH or Connected TV.
  • Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to clients.
  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in media planning and buying.
