This is not just a traditional Radio role however… this agency delivers audio campaigns across linear radio, digital audio, podcasts and programmatic channels. The Role As a Senior Planner Buyer, you'll be responsible for planning, buying and managing audio campaigns from brief through to post-campaign analysis. You'll manage a varied portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships with agencies, clients and media owners. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic audio media plans across radio, digital audio, podcasts and programmatic channels. Manage campaigns from briefing through to delivery, optimisation and post-campaign evaluation. Negotiate airtime and media opportunities to maximise value and performance. Work across audited and non-audited accounts, managing varying rates and commercial requirements. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Support client communications alongside account management teams. Keep up to date with developments across the audio and media landscape. About You Minimum 2 years' experience in media planning and buying, ideally with exposure to radio and audio. They would also consider someone from an AV background who has Audio as an element of their role Experience planning and booking radio campaigns. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of media buying principles. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Collaborative, proactive and willing to contribute beyond your immediate remit. Desirable Experience Experience using media planning tools such as Telmar, J-ET and RALF. Background within an audio specialist agency, media agency or audio media owner.
