They are seeking an AV Account Director to lead strategy, planning and buying across a mix of established and fast-growing brands. The Role You’ll be responsible for leading AV strategy, activation and client relationships across a range of accounts. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable business outcomes across Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, Audio and Cinema. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the agency’s wider AV offering. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective AV strategies across brand and performance Lead planning and buying across all AV channels, ensuring commercial and delivery excellence Act as the senior AV point of contact for clients, driving growth and innovation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure integration across digital, creative and data disciplines Build strong relationships with media owners, broadcasters and tech partners Mentor and develop AV team members Contribute to new business activity, representing the AV discipline in pitches Your profile: 5+ years’ AV planning and trading experience within a media agency or broadcaster Hands-on experience across Linear TV, BVOD, CTV, Radio, Audio and Cinema Proficient with key AV systems (e.g. Caria, TechEdge, Adwanted) Strong client leadership and presentation skills Proven ability to manage complex campaigns from planning through to post-analysis Commercially astute, with an understanding of trading principles and performance measurement Curious about innovation in connected and digital AV environments If you’re an experienced AV professional looking to join a leading independent agency which are in an exciting period of growth, please do get in touch.
