Mentor and develop junior team members, shaping the future of AV delivery. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality campaigns across Linear TV and CTV, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Provide insights and recommendations to maximise campaign impact and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and improve AV delivery standards. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with confidence and precision. Support learning and knowledge-sharing across the AV function. Your Profile Proven expertise in AV planning and buying across Linear TV and CTV. Strong organisational, negotiation, and campaign management skills. Confident, proactive, and able to take full ownership from brief to delivery. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
