The role: As a Client Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing senior client relationships, leading campaign planning and delivery, and ensuring exceptional service standards across a complex account. Working closely with senior agency stakeholders and specialist teams, you will oversee campaign development from brief through to execution, while providing strategic counsel and identifying opportunities to enhance performance and grow the account. You will also take responsibility for mentoring and developing junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities Act as a senior day-to-day contact for key client stakeholders and build trusted relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective media strategies. Lead the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns. Collaborate with specialist teams to develop channel strategies and recommendations. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Oversee campaign budgets, forecasting and financial tracking. Mentor and develop junior team members. About You They agency are looking for an experienced media or client services professional with a proven track record managing complex client relationships. You will ideally have: Experience in a media agency, communications agency or integrated marketing environment. Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills.
