Our client is a fast-growing, ambitious digital media agency, founded by industry leaders and driven by start-up energy. They specialise in full-funnel, performance-focused digital campaigns for retail and e-commerce clients, combining strategic insight with technical expertise to deliver measurable results.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel digital media strategies that connect brand awareness with performance ROI.

  • Plan and oversee campaigns across Paid Social, Video/YouTube, CTV/OTT, Programmatic Display, and Search.

  • Optimise campaigns for retail and e-commerce performance, focusing on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

  • Apply marketing effectiveness frameworks to measure media impact and provide actionable insights.

  • Manage multi-channel budgets, adjusting spend based on real-time performance and seasonal trends.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and data teams to ensure assets are platform-optimised and targeting is precise.

  • Deliver campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes across client portfolios.

  • Use analytics tools and attribution models to inform strategy and report on performance.

  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintain oversight of campaign delivery, optimising for efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital media planning or buying, ideally within an agency or high-growth brand.

  • Strong expertise across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Video/CTV/OTT, Search, and Programmatic platforms.

  • Strategic thinker with technical fluency in GA4, GTM, attribution/MMM tools.

  • Confident communicator able to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Results-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
