They are searching for a Digital Media Planner to lead full-funnel digital strategy across their flagship client (a major retail account) and support wider agency planning. This role blends brand and performance media with a strong focus on commercial impact. It offers the opportunity to work on a very interesting, large-scale client and have a genuine impact upon the digital planning output of an agency. Responsibilities Plan best in class full-funnel digital media strategies Plan and oversee Paid Social, Video/YouTube, CTV/OTT, Programmatic Display, and Search Optimise toward ROAS, CAC, and LTV for e-commerce and retail outcomes Manage multi-channel budgets and reallocate based on performance Apply MMM, attribution, and lift studies to inform optimisation Collaborate with creative and data teams on asset optimisation and targeting Your profile: 4+ years’ experience in digital media planning/buying (agency or in-house) Strong digital planning experience across: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) YouTube / CTV / OTT Search and Programmatic (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.) Ideally advanced GA4 and attribution knowledge Commercially focused, outcome-driven mindset If you are keen to join a fast growth agency and work on a very interesting client this is a great opportunity to do so.
