The Opportunity

Lead EMEA planning strategy on a flagship global FMCG brand

Shape cross-market planning standards and best-in-class frameworks

Embed data, automation and AI into modern communications planning

Influence senior client stakeholders and regional leadership teams

Build planning capability across markets through coaching and mentoring
Responsibilities

Develop integrated, multi-channel media strategies aligned to business objectives

Lead senior client relationships and act as trusted regional advisor

Oversee planning excellence across markets, ensuring consistency and quality

Partner with investment, data and activation teams to drive performance

Mentor and develop senior planners across the EMEA network
Your Profile

Senior media planning leader with international or regional experience

Strong multi-channel and digital-first planning expertise

Proven client advisory experience with complex, matrixed stakeholders

Experience leading teams and driving capability transformation

Commercially and analytically strong, with a passion for innovation
