The Opportunity

  • Lead a 30-strong regional digital activation team and a 25-strong delivery centre across 34 markets, shaping performance media strategy and execution.

  • Drive connected strategies across branding, performance, and eCommerce, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Spearhead the digital transformation and innovation agenda across the region.

  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver market-leading digital marketing initiatives.

  • Influence client outcomes through strategic thought leadership and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all performance media workstreams, including P&L and SOW ownership.

  • Manage key client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop channel specialists, driving a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure operational consistency, media efficiency, and innovation across all campaigns.

  • Define priorities and key workstreams in collaboration with regional and global teams.

Your Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in digital and performance media with expertise in at least one channel.

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in multi-market environments.

  • Proficient in planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting across paid digital channels.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and delivering measurable results.
