The Opportunity

Lead a 30-strong regional digital activation team and a 25-strong delivery centre across 34 markets, shaping performance media strategy and execution.

Drive connected strategies across branding, performance, and eCommerce, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Spearhead the digital transformation and innovation agenda across the region.

Collaborate with global teams to deliver market-leading digital marketing initiatives.

Influence client outcomes through strategic thought leadership and actionable insights.
Responsibilities

Oversee all performance media workstreams, including P&L and SOW ownership.

Manage key client stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

Lead, mentor, and develop channel specialists, driving a high-performance culture.

Ensure operational consistency, media efficiency, and innovation across all campaigns.

Define priorities and key workstreams in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Your Profile
-
10+ years’ experience in digital and performance media with expertise in at least one channel.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in multi-market environments.

Proficient in planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting across paid digital channels.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and delivering measurable results.
