As Programmatic Account Manager you'll take ownership of programmatic display and video activity across a number of key client accounts. This role combines hands-on campaign activation with strategic planning, client management and team leadership responsibilities. You'll work closely with clients, media partners and internal specialists to develop and optimise campaigns, while supporting and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, activation and optimisation of programmatic display and video campaigns. Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including setup, QA, budget pacing and performance reporting. Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results. Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners, publishers and technology partners. Develop detailed media plans, forecasts and investment recommendations. Support senior stakeholders with strategic client planning and growth initiatives. Oversee campaign tracking implementation, pixel placement and conversion measurement. Manage and develop junior team members, ensuring best-practice campaign execution and client servicing. Contribute to agency-wide digital initiatives and new business opportunities when required. About You Strong hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns, with advanced knowledge of DV360. Proven experience managing display and video activity across multiple clients. Comfortable working directly with media partners, publishers and ad technology vendors. Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience managing campaign budgets and performance metrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
