The Opportunity

Support media planning and buying across digital and other media channels for a variety of clients.

Work closely with Account Managers to deliver client briefs accurately and on time.

Take ownership of Tier 2 and 3 accounts, managing day-to-day client activity independently.

Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to optimise results.

Support reporting, invoicing, and administrative processes across the team.
Responsibilities

Place media bookings accurately and manage associated documentation for campaigns.

Maintain up-to-date media schedules and coordinate creative deadlines with relevant partners.

Compile and review monthly digital reports alongside the Account Director.

Liaise with finance to ensure purchase orders are received and invoices are raised correctly.

Assist with invoice queries and follow up on outstanding client accounts.
Your Profile

Experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on digital channels.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

Proactive and reliable, able to take ownership of work with minimal supervision.
-
Familiarity with campaign management and reporting tools is desirable.
