Senior Performance Creative Strategist – Hybrid / Remote
This isn’t a “manage campaigns” role. This is build the engine territory.
We’re working with a fast-growing challenger in the UK food space, scaling across D2C and retail, with ambitious growth targets and a culture that moves fast. They’re looking for a senior strategist to own their paid performance creative engine, think Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels and turn insight into structured, hypothesis-led campaigns that actually move the needle.
You’ll design and run the creative system from scratch. Zoom out to define strategy, zoom in to write scripts and briefs, ship ads fast, and create frameworks that scale. You’ll separate learning creative from scaling creative, prioritise based on impact not opinion, and ensure that every test teaches the business something new.
Who we’re looking for:

Experience scaling a DTC or performance-led consumer brand

Deep Meta expertise; bonus for Google, YouTube, TikTok Shop knowledge

Loves building systems from scratch, not just operating within them

Commercially sharp, comfortable making trade-offs based on CAC, LTV, contribution margin
